One plan for your property
Start by telling us the sauna model, preferred options and your delivery address. Our customer-facing location is at 22 Sydenham St, Flesherton. Shelburne is our sauna build-shop location for in-house models; it is a manufacturing location, not the delivery and installation base.
Our sauna prices include delivery and professional installation within 500 km of Flesherton, Ontario. Our in-house team coordinates the work from Flesherton. We will discuss your property access, the selected model and the intended location before finalizing the arrangements.
Prepare a suitable sauna base
The sauna needs support suitable for the exact model and site. Before building a base, ask us for the required dimensions, support locations and installation instructions. A level-looking surface is not necessarily adequate for the load or local ground conditions.
Discuss drainage, ground stability and seasonal movement with the person preparing the base. If considering a deck or raised structure, have its suitability assessed by a qualified professional. Do not use a generic slab thickness or footing plan without checking the site and sauna requirements.
Check the delivery route
- Measure gates, narrow passages and turns along the route from the road.
- Tell us about slopes, soft ground, steps, overhead obstructions and limited parking.
- Describe the intended door orientation and how people will approach the sauna.
- Identify the proposed electrical or chimney work for your selected heater.
- Tell us about seasonal access or timing restrictions before scheduling.
Photos of the route and installation area help the team discuss access. If special handling, lifting or additional site work may be required, have it included in the plan before delivery day.
Agree who does each part
Your quote should identify the sauna package, delivery arrangements, installation scope and any responsibilities assigned to you or another contractor. Ask specifically about the base, electrical connection, chimney work and any local approvals. Do not assume these are all included in the sauna installation service.
Distance, pickup and timing
Customers who pick up their sauna save $500, whether they choose it assembled or in a crate. Contact our team to arrange pickup and confirm the collection location, vehicle, loading and handling requirements. Delivery and professional installation beyond 500 km are available for an additional quoted charge. Send us your address to confirm the amount.
We confirm the schedule for your actual order and site. Tell us about any access or timing constraints before arranging delivery or pickup.
After installation
Keep your order documents and the sauna and heater manuals. Follow the supplied operating and maintenance instructions. For assistance, contact our team and identify your model, purchase details and the issue. The warranty and terms explain the existing sauna coverage and exclusions.
