We confirm whether we can take on the particular project before agreeing to the work.

A clear scope before work begins
The agreed quote should set out the sauna installation work, handling arrangements and responsibilities. Confirm what is needed for the base, electrical connection, chimney and any local approvals. Specialist work and site preparation must be discussed as part of the project plan.
Installation of a sauna supplied by another company is quoted for that project. The delivery and installation included in our own sauna prices within 500 km of Flesherton applies to purchases of our saunas; it is not a published price for installing another supplier’s product.
